How long does shipping take?
Shipping is estimated to take between 7-12 days usually*.
This is because each item is only sent to production after it's been ordered to avoid overproduction.
We appreciate your patience, and thank you for choosing to consume consciously. Together we can make a difference.💜
*Some of our items are produced in the US. European customers likely experience shipping times from 7-30 days for these products. Said products have a disclaimer on their product page.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders above $100. 
Shipping for US orders below $100 is USD 4,95.
Shipping for orders to Canada below $100 is CAD 6,95.
Shipping for European orders below $100 is 4,95€.
Shipping cost for the rest of the world is USD 9,95.

Can I make changes to my order?
You can reach out to us via Instagram within the first 24hrs after placing your order to request making changes (e.g. changing the size). In case your order hasn't been sent to production yet we can assist you with the changes. If it's already in production unfortunately there's nothing we can do. Please bear in mind this is all done to minimize the impact we have on the environment. We therefore kindly ask you to place your order mindfully so changes won't be necessary in the first place. 💖

Can I return my order?
In the very unlikely case you're not satisfied (😉) you can always return your order within 30 days. No questions asked.
Returned items have to be sent to the following address:

In case you received a faulty item we kindly ask you to provide us with pictures showing 

1. the entirety of the product
2. details of the error

and send them to cs.offthemats@gmail.com . In your email let us know whether you'd like to receive a refund or would like to be provided with a new item (at no additional cost obviously). 

Where can I find sizes and measurements?
All size charts are found on each product page just above the sizes drop-down-menu. You might have to scroll to find the measurements of your desired product.
Not all shirts, hoodies etc. are of the same model and therefore vary in measurements. Please be mindful of each products name in order to check for the right model's sizes. :-) If you need help you can always shoot us a message on Instagram, use our contact form, or send us an email to cs.offthemats@gmail.com.

Why do you not offer any fight gear?
OFF THE MATS was created in an effort to represent the sport when not training. However, we'll also be dropping some 🔥 BJJ gear in the future! 

How does my order support the fight against gender inequality?
Three percent off of every order's profit go to our partner organization Equality Now. They have many amazing projects all around the globe to achieve legal equality, end sexual violence-, exploitation, and harmful practices. You can read more about the amazing work they do here. 

Do you offer sponsorships or ambassador programs?
We do not offer sponsorships yet but we do have an ambassador program.
